I saw a commercial about the actos lawsuit bladder cancer and it scared me to death. My mom had recently stopped taking Actos and her doctor was running more tests related to some results he had gotten back from her latest blood work. I made sure she knew about the information in the commercial, just in case she heard bad news from her doctor. My mom was shocked, but agreed to follow up with her doctor the next day. Of course I hoped for the best, but I got some contact information for local representation as well. If it turned out that my mom had a disease that was related to medication she had taken for her diabetes, then I definitely wanted to make sure she was taken care of. Even though medications go through rigorous testing, it seemed every day there was another one that could cause a bigger problem than it cured.
