Carbon Copy is not generally used in mass
mail outs but is often used in Alerts and Notification.
Just add the Cc, Bcc line (or both) to
your template as shown below:
Note: The syntax is the same for
both Plain Text and HTML email.

Recipients

Just add a semicolon ';' between each
recipient's email address.
It can be used for: 'To, Cc and Bcc
addresses.
