Test
Email Creator

First setup and test the eeMailer
Outbox to make sure it is sending. (Use the 'test email'
function from within the setup program)

Then from within Email Creator, take
a look at each of the sample templates to see how they are
constructed. Try the 'Preview' for each one.

Try a 'Test Send'. (You will be
prompted for your email address for the test send)

There is a 'Sample Address List.
(It should already be populated with the eeMailer administrator's
email address) Select it on the left side and select any
Sample template on the right side. Then press the 'Merge &
Send' button. (this will merge for Sample Address list to your
selected template and send it to the Administrator's address)
Now you are ready to create your own
email template and address list.
Address Lists:

from another program:

Copy and paste into and address list.

Type addresses manually. (it's much
quicker to use the 'Add Format' option)
Check
and Clean: After
creating your address list, it is advised to 'check' the email formats, 'clean' out duplicates and invalid address formats.
Sort:
You can use the 'Sort' feature to sort your list alphabetically
Export:
If you would like to export your address list to another program, use
the 'Export' feature. It will create a CSV file (comma separated
value format) in your 'My Documents' folder.
Templates:
Templates
contain the email format and your message. There are 2 format types:
